Report of the eighth meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of experts of African least developed countries : Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 22 to 24 March 1989

Abstract

The eighth meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts of African Least Developed Countries was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 22 to 25 March 1989 to prepare for the ninth meeting of the Conference of Ministers of African Least Developed Countries, scheduled to take place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 4 and 5 April 1989. The meeting was formally opened by Comrade Seyoum Alemayehu, Vice-Minister of the State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations of the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia In his opening address. Comrade Seyoum welcomed the participants to Addis Ababa and to the eighth meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts of African Least Developed Countries.
