This paper focuses on The food processing industries of North Africa: Part I. the object of this paper is to endeavor to fulfill so far as the food industries sector was concerned the protocol of the agreement between the kingdom of Libya, the Tunisian republic, the people’s democratic Republic of Algeria and the kingdom of morocco signed in Tangier 27 November 1964.
