Abstract
The Port Management Association of West and Central Africa (here in after referred to as the "Association") is hereby established in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution, Membership of the Association shall be open to all Port or Harbor Authorities within the territories of the member States of the West and Central sub regions of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and which:
