Abstract

Although the twenty-seventh session of the Committee for Programme and Co-ordination started on 27 April 1987 as scheduled, the representatives of the Regional Commissions could not participate in the meeting until the last-but-one week of its five weeks duration and that was only in connection with the consideration of the proposed programme budgets for the biennium, 1988-1989.
