Manpower and training needs survey in telecommunications for Uganda posts and telecommunications corporation

Abstract

During the second half of 1987, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UN/ECA) was asked to conduct a Manpower and Training Needs Survey for the Uganda Posts and Telecommunications Corporation. The survey was conducted in December 1987 with a visit to Uganda by Mr. Baxter, Telecommunications expert. The expert met with all senior management staff of the Telecommunications Department in the Corporation and visited the Nakawa Posts and Telecommunications School The expert would like to extend his gratitude to the entire management of UPTC for their support and co-operation during the duration of the survey. 1-1 Terms of Reference of the Mission
