| dc.description.abstract | Finland's share in African development work has, in fact, largely
been aimed at cartography. At present cartographic work is going on in the Serengeti area. A total of 58 map sheets (scale: 1 : 50,000) will
be ready for the area by 1974 We are also helping with cartographic
training by making it possible for African scholarship holders to study
and practice in Finland and by supplying teachers to the ECA Training
Centre for Aerial Surveys in Nigeria. | en |
