One of the observations of the experts was in connection with improvement of postal dispatches: generally speaking, airlines do not adhere to priority regulations concerning air mail services. They wrongly consider mail bags as freight of secondary importance. This situation has tended to worsen on account of the laxity of postal administrations which generally entrust transhipment of mail bags to specialized services in airports, over which they cannot exercise any control.
