It is planned to convene a group of African and foreign experts to examine the study at the beginning of 1973 before it is presented to the executive committee and the governments. the ECA is prepared to offer additional assistance to the governments in regard to the impending negotiations with EEC and global trade arrangements by creating an advisory service team which would assist countries on request
