Résumé
The seventh meeting of the Conference of Ministers of African Least Developed Countries was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 21 and 22 April, 1987 At the opening session, statements were made by: Comrade Mersie Ijigu, Member of the Central Committee of the Worker's Party of Ethiopia and Minister in-Charge of General Planning? Mr- Ide Oumarou, Secretary-General of the Organization of African unity (OAU); and Professor Adebayo Adede DiP United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa.
