Report of the Seventh Meeting of the Council of Plenipotentiaries of the North African MULPOC

Abstract

The Tunisian delegate as outgoing chairman opened the meeting and welcomed the secretary general of Tangier province, who represented H.E. the governor of Tangier , and on behalf of all the delegates he expressed gratitude to the Moroccan government and to the local authorizes for their hospitality and warm welcome.
