Abstract
The Tunisian delegate as outgoing chairman opened the meeting and welcomed the secretary general of Tangier province, who represented H.E. the governor of Tangier , and on behalf of all the delegates he expressed gratitude to the Moroccan government and to the local authorizes for their hospitality and warm welcome.
