Résumé
The first meeting, of the Working Party on Manpower and Training was held in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) from 26 September through October in accordance with commission resolution 128 (V11) which called for the setting up of , number of Working parties to consider specific major problems of development on a regular basis. The meeting was organized with the co-operation of the ILO, UNESCO, FAO, WHO and the organization of African Unity (OAU). It was attended by nine countries experts primarily concerned with manpower and educational planning and training administration in six African countries and by the representatives of the ILO, UNESCO, FAO, WHO, OAU, USAID and the German foundation for developing countries.
