Résumé
This paper focuses on report on technical assistance. The Report of the Executive Secretary to the Seventh Session on the subject of Technical Co-operation—'gave emphasis to bilateral programmes of aid to Africa and to the co-operation between bilateral agencies and the secretariat in the implementation of that Commission's work programme.
