The Conference of African Ministers of Finance was attended by representatives of the following thirty-five countries : Algeria, Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Cote d'lvoire, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Gambia/ Guinea, Lesotho, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Malawi, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger/Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome iand Principe, Senegal, Sierra Loone, Sudan, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zaire, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
