Industrialization requires, for developing countries, the adoption of an integrated approach for the allocation of resources, the identification of the various requisites and their harmonization to ensure the realization of the objective speedily, economically and effectively. In this process, the strength of the framework is Only that of its Weakest component. Therefore an efficient information system would play a crucial role in a scheme of accelerated industrial development.
