Résumé
The ECA Conference of African Ministers of Transport, Communications and Planning through its resolution ECA/UNTACDA/Res.83/23 of 11/3/83 adopted in Cairo, Egypt inter alia_ requested the Economic Commission for Africa to carry out a study on the harmonization and co-ordination of the various transport modes in the entire African region.
