Abstract
The tenth meeting of African Intergovernmental Experts of Transport and Communications was held in Addis Ababa at the Headquarters of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) from 15 to 18 March 1995. The purpose of the meeting was to assess the progress in the implementation of the programme of the second United Nations Transport and Communications Decade in Africa (UNTACDAII) and chart a new course for its implementation during the remainder of the period.
