It is the objective of every organization to improve the performance and develop the potential of its employees at all levels in order to provide at all times a competent and adaptable staff for the effective conduct of the business. The company considers that training can provide a significant contribution to this end in: preparing employees adequately for their initial jobs; assisting employees to improve the knowledge and skills needed in their current job, and helping them to acquire new knowledge and skills as the requirements of their job change; preparing employees future jobs and promotions in line with their planned personal development through the acquisition of new knowledge and skills and the broadening of their outlook.
