Résumé
The Fourth Session of the Conference of African Ministers of Finance was held at Africa Hall, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 17 to 18 December 1991. The meeting was opened by His Excellency Mr. Fekade Gedamu, Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Transitional Government of Ethiopia. Statements were made by Mr. Issa B.Y. Diallo, United Nations Assistant Secretary- General and Acting Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and Ambassador Bronson N. Dede on behalf of Dr. Salim Ahmed Salim, Secretary-General of the Organization of African Unity (OAU).
