Abstract
The Economic Commission for Africa and the United Nations Special Fund to consider assistance for setting up institutions to meet the technical and professional manpower requirements in the sub-region; requests the interim Council of Ministers to consider the possibility of sub-regional cooperation in the training of technical and high level manpower.
