dc.description.abstractThe training workshop for national census personnel within the framework of the 2000 round of population and housing census took place at the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) Headquarters, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 15-19 November 1999. The workshop was organized in cooperation with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Country Support Team located at Addis Ababa and the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) with financial Support from ECA regular budget. Mr. Dickson Mzumara opened the workshop on behalf of the Chief of the Development Information Services Division.en
