The workshop on instruments,methods and advocacy tools for integrating population,agricultural and environmental dimensions in development policies. plans and programs for west Africa sub-region was held from 2 to 7 December 2002 in Accra;Ghana,as the second of a series of sub-regional workshops aimed at building the capacities of ECA member states in the use of the PEDA.
