It highlights the critical role of domestic resources in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2063, while acknowledging significant disparities in tax revenue collection among African countries. The paper outlines the macroeconomic trends affecting growth, including rising debt levels, fiscal deficits, and the impact of climate change.
