The thirty-eighth meeting of the Committee of Experts of the Economic Commission for Africa Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development was held in Marrakech, Morocco, from 20 to 22 March 2019. The meeting was held under the theme “Fiscal policy, trade and the private sector in a digital era: a strategy for Africa”. Observers from the following organization were present, African Tax Administration Forum, African Peer Review Mechanism, Delegation of the European Union to the African Union, Forum maghrébin pour l’environnement et développement, Rail Working Group, Youth Alliance for Leadership, Development in Africa (Central Africa).
