This Agreement applies in relation to the Urban Land Lease Agreement and shall be applied and interpreted consistently with the Headquarters Agreement. The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the United Nations (hereinafter separately referred to respectively as “the Government” and “the United Nations” and jointly as the “Parties”).
