Abstract

This paper is discussing all about the Status of apartheid in international law seems that apartheid is contrary to international law. Humanity and the nations collectively and in international organizations. The international community has also the right to intervene forcefully to establish proper law and order, justice and human dignity in the so-called "The Republic of South Africa". Apartheid is a combination of all the worst evils international law is firmly against; Violation of human rights, genocide, slavery, exploitation of the worker crimes against humanity.
