In this regard, the Government of the Republic of Zambia hosted a meeting of the African Ministers Responsible for Trade Preparatory to UNCTAD VIII in Lusaka, Zambia on 19 September 1991. Accordingly, the results of that meeting which in particular adopted The Declaration and the African Position are highlighted in this issue.en
