The fifth Climate Change and Development Conference in Africa (CCDAV), Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, 28-30 October, 2015. ClimDev- Africa partners: United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA); African Union Commission (AUC); African Development Bank (AfDB); co-hosted by the Government of Zimbabwe. The objective is to support the African preparatory process towards Paris COP21 global negotiations. Amplify the linkages between climate change issues and development Expected. Deeper understanding of climate trends and impacts in Africa on key development sectors. Develop clear messages on Africa's expectations for a post Kyoto global climate governance regime. Continue to be the principal Africa platform for networking between climate and development stakeholders.
