The African Network for Drugs and Diagnostics Innovation (ANDI) is holding its fourth stakeholders meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 24th to 27th October. The meeting will be attended by ministers of health; and ministers of science and technology from across Africa; and by scientists, researchers, drugs manufacturers and other stakeholders. The meeting will announce the results of an 18-month process that led to the selection of ANDI Centres of Excellence in health innovation in Africa and discuss how the centres will support the discovery, development, manufacturing and registration of drugs, diagnostics, vaccines and medical devices in Africa in Addis Ababa, 24 October 2011 (ECA).
