Memorandum on financing the first plan
Abstract
The total amount of resources necessary for fulfillment of the first Four-Year Plan (1961-1965) had been estimated to be 92.1 thousand million francs CFA, a figure that was re-assessed at 97.2 thousand million francs when the Plan was revised in October 1963.
