Report of the sub-commitee on the drafting of the charter on its first session

Abstract

The report focuses on the Committee of Nine decided at its second session on 24 September to suspend its discussion of item of its agenda in order to permit the Sub-Committee on the Drafting of the Charter to hold an initial meeting and to prepare proposals for submission to the Committee on the organization of its work and the schedule of its future meetings.
