The purpose of this report is to provide a summary review of the factors which have prevented governments from engaging in multinational industrial enterprises and to outline arrangements which, it is hoped, might prove to be more acceptable for the initiation of such enterprises. multinational companies in the future. The first objective of the study is given the need to promote the creation of African multinational enterprises, as instructors tending to the establishment of integration industries.
