A new global compact with Africa : a draft outline

Abstract

This indicator will measure progress at the sector, national and sub-regional levels towards achieving the goals of regional integration, at the sub-regional levels progress towards the establishment of free trade areas, customs unions, macro-economic policy convergence and production integration will be monitored. At the sector, level progress in regional initiatives such as infrastructure provision will be recorded.
