Abstract

The aim of this study is to outline the criteria for macroeconomic policy convergence at continental and subregional levels and its relations to macroeconomic policy frameworks at the national level. In this context, the study examines the scope and constraints to macroeconomic policy-making at national level and the extent to which it conforms to policy convergence citeria.
