Show full item recordStudies indicate that there is no single approach to providing small domain estimation with satisfactory results for all situations. The-size and homogeneity of the small area domain, the availability
of external information, whether the variable of interest is continuous or discrete, the explanatory power of any assumed relationship, and the power level to discriminate event occurrences will affect the properties of any estimate.
