It is anticipated that this paper will serve more as a vehicle for ordering priorities of investigation based on the provided market data and investment criteria rather than as a tool for determining specific opportunities within specific countries. To do the latter independent feasibility studies conducted by experts throughout the sub-region will be necessary in order to assess specific market conditions, availability of fuels and raw materials and suitable manufacturing sites.
