More recently CCTA has contracted with the community development clearing house of the University of London’s institute of education, the services of which are now available to all countries in the region with which CCTA is concerned. It can provide information on all aspects of community development, establish bibliographies, give advice, etc. This interafrican agency also issues to CCTA’s member governments a quarterly bulletin, in the English and French languages, on community development.
