The training of employees in the Tokyo Electric Company, Inc. has been conducted as a means of development of human ability of employees. The main objectives of training are as follows: (1) to make employees realize the concept of enterprise management and their responsibilities and duties as members of an organization which engages in public utility services. (2) to cultivate their creative abilities and vitalities which may contribute to promote the modernization of management and technological renovation. (3) to develop their knowledge’s and skills necessary for execution of their duties and foster their adoptability for changes of environment. (4) To cultivate their views broader and cultures higher as members of society.
