In this paper a very hazardous assumption is made in an attempt to derive more detailed information from severely inaccurate age statistics then has been tried so far.It is assumed that age misstatements have similar effects on the population statistics of all countries in tropical Africa. The extent to which the assumption may be justified remains undetermined, hence one essential step in scientific reasoning is Lucking. The calculated result will have to be regraded so highly speculative.
