Abstract
Experience has shown that regional integration can produce satisfactory results only if the infrastructures designed to prop up production facilities and regional markets are adequately integrated and devoid of any deficiency. In this sectors of primary importance are those of communications, as they constitute the basis for process. The study was carried out with the aim of: opening up the Interland countries; developing the mining zones; linking the coastal areas; and facilitating the movements of goods and persons from West to East and South to North of the Sub region.
