This brief is a list of similarities and differences, among others, provides the background for the examination of mechanisms for facilitating trade between Africa and the PRCO The analysis,- conclusions and recommendations of the report are largely based on data gathered from only a few countries namely, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda and Ethiopia from which secondary as well as primary data were collected from government officials, business houses, trade promotion agencies and Chinese embassy officials resident in the five countries,
