Water sustains all forms of life on earth. It also plays a major role in the history, culture and civilization of human beings on this Planet. Throughout history, secure access to water has been essential to social and economic development and to the stability of cultures and civilizations. History has revealed the tremendous role played by the Nile water in the socioeconomic development of Egypt and other Nile riparian countries. Water is considered the most important source of life in our Planet, as it is the only Planet where water can exist in liquid form. It plays important role in enhancing our standards of living and ensuring more tolerable temperate conditions of existence. It greatly influences the economic conditions of any country.
